Munakka or grape – 6 pieces

Roasted cumin – 10 g

Black pepper (Kali Mirchi) – 5th

Rock salt (Sendha Namak) – 6 g

Citric acid – ½ g

Remove Munakka seeds and grind it into a paste. Take this paste 2-3 times a day to improve bowel movements.
